This home is a commuter and/or frequent traveler's dream! It is located 3 miles from I-4, 3 miles from I-75 and 4 miles from Hwy 60.  We purchased this home in 2011 and have been the only family to reside here.  It was originally the "Model" home for the builder, Ashton Woods, so it has all the fabulous upgrades.  The Sagamore Trace community is made up of 25 homes where everyone knows one another.  Great neighborhood!
Favorite Grocery Store:
We love to shop at the Publix that is 3 miles down Kingsway Ave.  However, there is another Publix, a Winn Dixie and a Safe A Lot within .5 miles of the home!
Favorite Restaurant:
Our favorite restaurant is Anthony's Coal Fire Pizza on Hwy 60.  The great thing about the location of this home is that Brandon is just 4 miles down the road and has a Chili's, Outback, Ale House, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Kobe', Cheese Cake Factory and many, many more!  If you want a quick meal, McDonalds, Checkers and Taco Bell are all on the same corner just .1 mile from the house! Literally walking distance.
What I Love About the Area:
We just love the convenience of getting around without the traffic.  If we want to stroll around the Brandon Mall, it is just 5 minutes away. If we feel like having a little nightlife, the Seminole HardRock Casino is also just 5 minutes away.  If we feel like going to a Tampa Bay Buccaneer game, the stadium is 15 minutes right down the road, right off of MLK Blvd!
Improvements & Upgrades:
With this home orginally being the community's "Model", it does come with some upgraded features.  The kitchen cabinets are 42" with crown molding.  The countertops are granite with a 5" splash back. The appliances are GE.  The Master Bedroom has a tray ceiling and the Master Bath has an oversized walk-in shower with ceramic tile and a garden tub (My Favorite!). It also comes with 2" blinds in all windows and the entrance ways throughout the home have beautiful archways. The home's exterior was recently painted (Oct. 2017) and gives the home a fresh look.
