About the Home:
This was my first home.  I bought it as a single man 11 years ago. Started my family there and made a lot of good memories.   Save for my wifes comute we would have stayed there indefiently.  It's a great home.
Favorite Grocery Store:
There are multiple choices.  There are publix less than an mile away in either direction.  There is a fresh market about a mile away in bel air.    Wal mart is about 1.5 miles away and has a full grocery.
Favorite Restaurant:
E & E steakhouse is excellent and very close.  Love having a beer at Bareley Mow on West Bay Drive.   There are many great choices in Bel air and many more in Largo.  All within 2 miles or so of the house.   Drive 2 miles and your on gulf boulevard and all the choices on near indian rocks beach or Sand Key become available.
What I Love About the Area:
The Parks are great.   JS taylor Lake/Park is less than half a mile away lots to do there, great running trail.   Speaking of trails, the pinellas trail runs along the east side of JS taylor park.  I miss jogging and or biking on the trail.

Another great jog/walk is across the Bel air causeway.  Awesome view, I proposed to my wife at the apex of the bridge 5 years ago.   Loved jogging across it.  If your up early enough you will even see the ocasional dolphin pod near the bridge.

Largo Central park is tough to beat.  I took my daughter there multiple times every week.  Great wide open space with all sorts of cool events going on.  Movies in the park, touch a truck etc. once a month there are train rides(Free) in the Park.

Largo rec center has great classes for kids and adults.  Great pool with water slides as well.

Oh and dont forget you are under 3 miles from a parking space on Indian rocks beach to watch a sunset.  We did that all the time.   Probably top thing we will miss about not living that close to the beach.
Utilities:
Its Duke Energy and Spectrum.  We always had Direct TV(Sunday Ticket).  Trash comes twice a week, which is great.
Improvements & Upgrades:
We did a lot of work on the house of the years.  New roof was put on in the fall of '13. Upgraded roof did help lower my home owners insurance.  Air Conditoner/Air Handler replaced in summer of 2014.   Nice piece of mind knowing those will not have to be dealt with anytime soon.

Exterior has been completely professionally repainted.  I was very happy with the Job the painters did, looks great.

Paver walls were built in the front and the back.  We also added pavers to extended the size of the patio by about 50%

Brand new cooktop and oven added and only have been run to test them.

Its really a great a house, we had great years there and would have stayed if work had no taken us to other side of town.
