Favorite Grocery Store:
We always seem to go back and forth between Winn Dixie & Publix on Collier. Winn Dixie is open late.
Favorite Restaurant:
On a weekday with not a lot of time, we will visit Beef O Brady's Located right outside the front of the subdivision. 
But there is also a Puerto Rican diner located on Foggy Ridge right off of 54, called Rice & Beans. 
What I Love About the Area:
I have amazing neighbors!! When they first moved in 7 years ago, we'd mow our lawns together, fix sprinkler heads and when Judy saw some dirt on the windows, she'd bring over a bucket, bleach and a sponge and would scrub our windows...LOL
Judy & Darryl are absolutely amazing people that we had the honor of living next door to.

Garbage - WSI (Previously Progressive Waste)

Everything else is pretty negotiable
Improvements & Upgrades:
We installed a new AC unit (inside & Out) in April of 2015
The Countertops in the kitchen were done by Granite Transformations which was a simple and amazing process.
The Tile Flooring throughtout was just done last year (April 2016) - along with Exterior Painting and the Front Door, including the storm door.
